Terms of service

These terms cover your use of the AppleShine website and any order you place through it. By using the site you accept them.

Ordering

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we send the confirmation email. If something is out of stock or priced incorrectly, we will contact you and give you the choice between an alternative and a full refund.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Shipping and any tax are added at checkout and shown before you pay. Payment is taken through Shopify's secure checkout.

Products and images

We photograph and describe our products as accurately as we can. Colours can look slightly different from one screen to another, and measurements can vary a little between garments.

Returns

Your right to return an item is set out in full on the returns page and forms part of these terms.

Acceptable use

Do not use the site to break the law, interfere with how it runs, or copy its content for commercial use without our permission.

Our content

The AppleShine name, logo, page designs and written content belong to us. Product photography is used with the permission of our suppliers.

Liability

Nothing here limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law. Beyond that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Changes

We can update these terms. The version on this page at the time you order is the version that applies to that order.
