What we collect

Order information: your name, billing and shipping address, email address, phone number and what you bought.
Payment information: handled by Shopify at checkout. We never see or store your full card number.
Contact messages: anything you send us through the contact form or by email.
Usage information: basic, anonymous information about how the site is used, so we can see what is broken and what is popular.

What we use it for

Taking payment, packing your order and getting it to you.
Sending order confirmations, tracking and any updates about your delivery.
Answering your questions and dealing with returns.
Sending marketing email, but only if you asked for it. Every one has an unsubscribe link.

Who we share it with

Only the companies needed to run the shop: Shopify, which powers the store and the checkout, our payment processors, and the carriers who deliver your parcel. We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, or unsubscribe from marketing at any time. Email techflow2023@yahoo.com and we will deal with it.

Cookies

The store uses cookies to keep your bag, remember your preferences and understand how the site is used. You can clear or block cookies in your browser, though the bag will stop remembering what is in it.
