Free shipping over $50
Orders of $50 or more ship free anywhere in the United States. Below $50, the shipping cost is worked out at checkout from your address and the service you pick, and it is always shown before you pay.
Dispatch time
Orders are picked and prepared within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on a weekend or a public holiday start on the next working day.
Delivery time
Once your parcel leaves us, delivery time depends on the shipping service selected at checkout. The estimate for each service is shown next to it before you pay.
Tracking your order
You will get a confirmation email as soon as you order, and a second email with tracking as soon as the parcel is on its way. If the tracking email has not arrived within three working days, check your spam folder and then email us.
Where we ship
We ship within the United States. If you are ordering from elsewhere, email us before you order and we will tell you whether we can help.
Missing or delayed parcels
If tracking has not updated for several days, or the carrier has marked something as delivered that you have not received, email techflow2023@yahoo.com with your order number and we will chase it with the carrier.
